Cars scrapped through cash-for-clunkers scheme drops to almost half

The number of cars scrapped so far this year through the cash-for-clunkers scheme in Romania amounts to 31,106 automobiles older than 10 years, which means 345 vehicles a day, show the latest figures released by the Ministry of Environment.
