MIRA TELECOM delivers construction of research center

MIRA TELECOM has successfully delivered the first stage of its research center development, which is located in Joiţa (Ilfov County). The center is dedicated to research in various fields- software, security, electronics, biophysics, biochemistry or quantum physics and was delivered in August 2012, according to the initial delivery term. The project is worth more than 2 million Euro and benefits from non- reimbursable financial assistance through the Sectoral Operational Programme „Increasing Economic Competitiveness” -co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and will be developed in two stages by 2013. Within the research center the following 5 new research labs will be operational: applicative development software lab, electronics research lab, quantum physics research lab, multidisciplinary research lab (electronics, biophysics, biochemistry), the complex trial lab (trials performed under various climate conditions, electromagnetic and mechanical environments) equipped with hi-tech devices and equipment.
